General:

The machine can be used for all kinds of jam filling, it absorbs open and concise design concept, use as less parts as it can be in the whole machine production. So the machine present in front of you is quite easy and friendly control. The whole machine is produced by SUS304 except those transmission parts to be in cast iron to make sure long time using and filling touching parts made in SUS316, it can be used for all kinds of cans, glass bottles and strong PET bottles. Little changement need to be done when change bottles.

Principle:

The filling dispatcher will connect with client’s material tank, the filling containers will be input by conveyor, once the sensor find the container coming in, the program will inform the material to dispatch, the filling volume is controlled by volumetric dosing cups;
